75 Days of Self Discovery
It is time to focus on healing you! B and I are starting 75 days of self discovery which is a beautiful opportunity to bring healing to your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. B and I are also going to prioritize our relationship for these 75 days.
Make this a journey of discovery, growth, movement, and stillness. Do not focus on the size or appearance of your body, but rather focus on all that your body allows you to do.
Each day we will move our body two separate times (as intense or mild as you would like - stretching & walking count) with at least one of those two sessions being physical activity outdoors.
Each day we will challenge our mind with a cold plunge or cold shower which is a challenge in mental strength - the amount of time you spend doing this is up to you. It feels invigorating when you are done, but feel free to skip this if you feel it is too much on your body.
Each day we will spend at least 10 minutes reading something uplifting or journaling.
Each day we will spend 5 minutes sitting in stillness/meditating.
Each day we will drink 100 oz. of water (lemon water in the morning is an added bonus to detox your inner organs and hydrate your cells more deeply!) and we will focus on feeding our body whole foods.
For each day that you complete all the daily tasks on the checklist, color in a heart on the attached worksheet.
