Costco Finds!

Today is a practical glimpse into my everyday life! I am sharing my favorite clean picks from Costco!

In the past, Costco organic produce was sprayed with a chemical to make it last longer, however they no longer do that, so their organic produce is now my favorite! I stock up on all the produce I can for juicing, smoothies, snacking, and cooking.

Attached is a grocery list of what I shop for when I make a Costco run. I have done my best to sort things in a way that will make it easy to utilize and have also included some pics of some lesser known items so you know what you are looking for!

ps- Don’t miss the easy recipe (featuring Costco finds!) at the bottom of this blog!

The list below is condiments, snacks, noodles/grains, and shelf stable fruits.

I have noted what items are in the freezer section for the list below. Many of my favorite prepared foods are on this list as well - easy and clean options for busy evenings.

I believe in moderation and we allow sweets and treats in our house when they are whole food based and pass my ingredient check. A few of my favorites are now at Costco and I have noted them below plus left you some space to add your own items while shopping.

Costco is wonderful, but it can be overwhelming:). The pictures below are some of my Costco favorites that may be harder to spot…at least this way you will know what you are looking for! Pictured below:

  • Siete Grain Free Tortillas

  • Summers Peak Petite Roasted Potatoes

  • European Cheese Flight

  • Ramen

  • Tattooed Chef Stir Fry

  • Kevin’s Garlic Chicken

Terah’s DIY Ramen Noodles

  • 4 squares brown rice & millet ramen noodles (featured above!)

  • Coconut aminos or soy sauce

  • 3-4 green onions diced

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1-2 tsp olive oil or butter

  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup frozen or fresh veggies of choice

  • Adobo seasoning

  1. Boil ramen noodles, stirring frequently, until noodles are soft. Strain.

  2. In frying pan sauté green onions, garlic, and vegetables of choice in oil until fragrant & soft.

  3. Add ramen noodles to pan. Splash with coconut aminos or soy sauce until level of desired moisture is achieved on noodles. Season to taste with adobo seasoning.

These are a family favorite! Make them your own! Add or omit anything that suits your taste buds. 😋
